Meet Lance Montalbano

I also have a deep passion for the local church. I believe the church is God's primary instrument for reaching the world, developing disciples, and bringing hope to communities. Throughout my ministry, I've worked to help churches clarify their vision, strengthen their discipleship strategies, develop leaders, and create environments where people can connect, grow, serve, and go.

In addition to pastoral ministry, I enjoy writing Bible studies, devotional guides, leadership resources, and faith-based content that encourage spiritual growth and practical obedience. My desire is to create resources that help people engage Scripture in meaningful ways and develop a deeper love for Christ.

Everything I do is driven by one conviction: people matter to God, and every person has a next step in their spiritual journey. Whether you're exploring faith, growing in your walk with Christ, or leading others, my hope is to encourage, equip, and challenge you to continue moving forward in God's purpose for your life.

I am a Christ Follower, a Husband to Kristin, and Dad to Riley, Seth, and Hope. These are the most important aspects of my life. One of the things that I am most thankful for is that all three of my children have given their lives to Christ at a young age. Kristin and I prayed for each one of them since they were born to trust Jesus.

The other aspect of my life is my role in the church community.

As a pastor, Bible teacher, writer, and leader, I've dedicated my life to helping people discover the transforming power of God's Word and apply it to their everyday lives. Whether I'm preaching on Sunday, developing discipleship resources, mentoring leaders, or writing devotionals, my goal is simple: to help people know Jesus more deeply and follow Him more faithfully.

I believe Christianity is more than attending church services or accumulating biblical knowledge. It's about experiencing genuine life change through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. That's why my teaching focuses on connecting timeless biblical truth with real-life application, helping people move from simply hearing God's Word to living it.
